Between Cascais, Guincho and Sintra, eating well is almost a given.
But over time, you realise that some places stay with you more than others.
Those are the ones we return to.

Whenever we go, we already know what we’re having: grouper head.
It’s the kind of dish you don’t find everywhere, and one they do exceptionally well.
The owner was once a fishmonger. You can feel it in every detail.
The fish is always fresh, simply prepared, and treated with the respect it deserves.

Nothing here tries too hard.

The setting is simple, almost familiar: the kind of place that wins you over without needing to prove anything.
And somehow, it remains accessible.
Which only makes it easier to keep coming back.
