Dinning Room

A KITCHEN THAT BELONGS TO THE HOUSE

THE KITCHEN

Here, food is part of staying.

We cook the way we welcome people: with attention, knowledge and pleasure.
Portuguese recipes, treated with respect : simple, honest and made with time.

Our days begin with a slow, curated breakfast that celebrates the finest local flavours.
As the afternoon unfolds, we invite you to pause for tea and homemade cake, a gentle ritual of comfort.
To complete the experience, an intimate dinner is served on given days, crafted upon prior reservation to ensure every detail is tailored to your taste.

SOFIA´S KITCHEN

Sofia has been cooking with us since the very beginning.

You can taste it in the slow-roasted kid with potatoes, in the fried tiger prawns with a sauce that calls for bread, and in the simple cakes that belong to long mornings and slow afternoons.

BREAKFAST, TEA AND DINNER

Breakfast is included and prepared fresh every morning.

At five, we serve tea and homemade cake, included in your stay.
In the evening, upon reservation, we prepare dinner the way it happens at home when people enjoy receiving guests.

RECIPES THAT BELONG TO THE HOUSE

Guests often ask for the recipes.

After hearing the question many times, we created a small book with Sofia’s dishes, offered to those who leave.
In the rooms you will find línguas de gato, and when you depart, a small box of Sofia’s meringues so that the next day, already at home, you remember us.
