There are things you don’t expect to remember.

Not the room, not the view, not even the meal.
Sometimes, it’s something smaller.
A few years ago, before Dream Guincho existed, Rosário made a reservation at a small hotel.
Shortly after, an email arrived.
A simple thank you, and a playlist.
No explanation.

Just music.

We pressed play without thinking much about it.
And then kept listening. For days.
It stayed with us.
Not because it was perfect, but because it changed something.
It created a mood before arrival.

A quiet introduction to a place we hadn’t yet seen.

When Dream Guincho began to take shape, this stayed in the back of our minds.
The idea that a place doesn’t start when you arrive.
It can start earlier.
Sometimes, with something as simple as a song.

So we created our own.

With the help of Fernando Gouveia — always generous, always precise — we built Deep Soul.
A playlist that feels close to what Dream Guincho is: unhurried, warm, and a little bit nostalgic.
It’s what we play here.
And what we sometimes send before you arrive.
A way of saying: this is the rhythm.
We hope you like it.
