- General Information
- Check-in: from 16:00 to 20:00
- Check-out: from 09:00 to 11:00
- Not recommended for kids bellow 12 years (Dream Guincho is a quiet environment where there are not kids activities available)
- Pets: allowed upon request, under special conditions and with an additional fee
- Rates: all rates include breakfast and afternoon tea & cake
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes are free of charge until 00:01, 7 days before the check-in date.
For reservations of 10 or more rooms special conditions apply
After this deadline — including non-refundable reservations and no-shows — the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Please note:
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking platform used
- Special conditions may apply in specific circumstances
- For long stays, group reservations or exclusive use, specific conditions may apply
- Payment & Guarantee Policy
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
- For refundable reservations, 100% of the stay will be charged after 00:01, 7 days before check-in
- For non-refundable reservations, the full amount is charged at the time of booking
- All payments made are non-refundable
For reservations of 10 nights or more, special conditions may apply.
If the credit card provided does not allow additional charges, a valid credit card may be requested at check-in to cover any extra expenses that may occur.
- Room Allocation
Room images are illustrative only, and bed configurations may vary.
We will always do our best to allocate the room type booked, but this cannot be guaranteed.
